Along with doing art, I also love teaching art. Today was my first day doing an art lesson with the life skills classrooms at Webb Elementary. Mrs. Ballew and Mrs. Ganske have graciously welcomed me into their classes to share the joy of art with their students.
Today we painted a fall sunset. First we painted our backgrounds in dusk colors. Then we dabbed black paint and blew through straws to create our silhouetted trees. The students did a great job and had a lot of fun! I had fun too and am excited to create with them again soon!
